Family life is, no doubt, the most important aspect of a persons life. A supporting and loving family is a blessing. Spend some quality time with your spouse. Your children also need your company. Some people are so much involved in their professional activities that they completely ignore their family, which is their biggest mistake. Never give preference to your job over your family life. Your family deserves your full attention, affection and love.
We will take a look at the agenda for a business meeting. This is the fulcrum of a successful meeting and if poorly considered becomes, not only a major demotivator, but can waste a lot of time.
This unhappiness is the accepted norm which is why we use distractions to deaden the function mode into something closer to sleep. Someone in this state may tell you that they are happy simply because they dont know better. If this was so why then the TV, cigarettes, alcohol etc etc? It helps them to relax? From what? Life? They are distractions from the unhappy buzzing norm. This is true schizophrenia and almost all of humanity is afflicted with this sickness. There is also a danger for addiction at this point. If something is used repeatedly and excessively for this reason, it can become imbedded in the reflex part of our psyche making the escapism itself an automated response. Excessive alcohol abuse for example alters the nervous system, eventually removing any form of relief and rendering us even more unconscious. T.V. is just as addictive and perhaps even more dangerous if you take the propaganda element into account. People become extremely suggestive while in this numb state and television is the ultimate tool for delivering propaganda, not to mention the unhealthiness of switching off the brain and shutting down the body physically. Fortunately if we can grip true awareness then addiction is not a problem. Such pass times remain however a doorway to the region between sleep and function mode where we are shut off from further development.
