Also use the online wedding forums to connect with other local brides and wedding professionals who can give you some recommendations and advice. Once you have a few names and numbers, arrange to meet with them to discuss your wedding.
Many people take the blank meal planner papers and place them in a 3 ring binder so that they are easy to keep track of. They will then put the binder in a spot that they will remember as they will be using it on a daily basis. After a few days of doing this it will be like something that you have done forever.
