Finding a venue will be the starting task with your wedding planner if you've eventually got one. This should not be a problem with a planner who has been in the business before. You can find samples, testimonials, and pictures of venues from your wedding planner's portfolio and other sites to help you decide which to choose. You should both look at what would be suitable for your budget.
Firstly, you will only need an agenda if a meeting exists. It is easy to begin putting together an agenda for a meeting ahead of time.
They key at your initial meeting is to find out whether or not you can work together. Do you get on straight away? Do you like their ideas and will they work with your best interests at heart? You will be working closely with this person from the moment you hire them to your wedding day, so you need to get on, have a good rapport and complete faith in each other. Remember the planner will be relying on you to make good on your financial pledge, making funds available to pay deposits etc when asked and not to change your mind at the last minute!
That allows you to know if the year of the calculated date is equal to the year selected in the cell K2.
